We are committed to delivering well made products that are as described. Whether you by a bike frame or one of our soft goods, we want you to be fully satisfied. If at any time you’re not, give us a call or drop us a note and let’s chat.
Our general policy is to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You will be credited or refunded the purchase amount of the item(s) minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Returning your Rydmor product is an easy process and begins with submitting our RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST.
All returning items must be in its original condition.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method chosen, to best of our ability.If your order has Free Shipping, Rydmor will determine the shipping method. If you would like to choose a particular shipping method, additional charges may apply.
IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES, AND VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Rydmor, LLC does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
